The website lacked clear structure and consistency, users couldn’t easily understand what the event was about, and poor navigation made interaction confusing and fragmented.

Solutions ‍

I rebuilt the site’s global structure using consistent Webflow classes, enabling scalable design updates across all pages. The UI was redesigned around a story-driven experience, using photo and video content to clearly communicate the event’s atmosphere and purpose. I also introduced clean, modular layouts with intuitive navigation and interaction, making the site easier to explore and more engaging for visitors.
