Challenges
Weinbagaluten roughly translates to “Wine Bandits.”
The client’s brief was anything but ordinary:
“Make me a website that looks like a punk magazine… with a Roman touch. And make it feel like someone just walked into a wine store.”
The challenge was to blend a raw, DIY aesthetic with a functional, intuitive e-commerce experience.
Solutions
I created and left unedited the raw, hand-drawn logo with ink pens and curated a set of gritty, Roman-meets-pirate-style relief-print visuals to capture the brand’s punky, irreverent spirit. To balance style with function, I designed a bold product grid paired with a rich filtering system - giving users a clear, intuitive path to shop wines while staying fully immersed in the offbeat, rebellious vibe.
